Designing
Assisting clients with existing product enhancement or providing a new product design.
Prototype Fabrication
Providing either a simple or complex sample/prototype prior to the actual production. Often this is done for little or no cost or included into the production run.
Small and Large Production Runs
No order is too small. Any size of custom fabrication job is accepted.
Screen Printing and Vinyl Applicatons
Will assist in providing product identification by way of screenprinting or vinyl application for lettering and logos. We also provide services for die-cutting and hot stamping.
Forming and Vacuum Forming
From a simple strip heated bend to a compound curve, items bent, formed and vacuum formed.
Machining
Providing milling, lathe, drilling, tapting, CNC, laser for most plastics.
Assembly Service
Full service for assembling client parts along with our fabricated item, as well as inserting client brochures, literature, marketing materials, pamphlets, business cards along with the finished product.
Special packaging, crating and installation is offered upon request.
CNC ROUTING
Our computerized CNC router machine will cut almost any shape you desire. This machine will speed up production by as much as 300% and more. This allows us to turn out precision work with swift turn-around times to fulfill tight timeline commitments.
We are able to work within very fine tolerances in a variety of materials such as wood, non ferrous metals and of course all types of plastics. Just send us your file on disc or let us design for you in-house.
LASER CUTTING
Our computer driven laser cutter will cut the smallest and most intricate shapes and patterns, from letters to logo images - even miniature furniture, out of a varied assortment of materials.
It enables us to cut, etch, or engrave pieces so precisely that it would be impossible to reproduce them by hand.
VACUUM FORMER
Capable of forming items up to 4’ x 6’ out of an array of plastic materials.
Products range from Boat windshields, doors, candy and chocolate molds to countless other items.
One off items to small or large runs.
PANEL SAW
The vertical saw enables us to cut up to 3” thick material and sheets as large as 8’ high x any length with very tight tolerances.
